what are the symptoms

i've had hep c for over 10 years now,  im starting to get  pains on my left & right lower sides, plus im getting pains in my lower back . w/ constipation  chills & night sweats. I've been to the doctor and he told me that there's nothing he can do for me. also i've been to the hep center were they told me im not able to take meds for the disease because it might kill me. so the question is are the symtoms (symptoms) above something to be conserned about?

This one is a little hard to diagnose over the internet. Clearly you need help and it is not clear to me that all those pains are related to your HCV. I would recommend that you seek another opinion at the nearest medical school to you that has a good liver center. There could be many things wrong, but it is not at all clear that it is your liver.
