when to do something

I participated in clinical trial at Mayo in 1996 for interferon / ribavarin - pcr less than detectable since then. Liver is stage four fibrosis/cirhossis ..... I had an Afghan Doc for four years that just looked at my viral load and said "Your cured". I presented all this time with dwindling appetite that has tanked to absolute zero for years - I live on ensure and yogurt smoothies, etc......have visually evident palmar erythma and an enlarged waist with red band around abdomin (abdomen), even gaining slightly in weight on about 1000 calories per day....always tired and starting to hit confusion (unable to input simple directions around a town I have lived in for fifrty years) - - - it seems to me like I should be getting better medical advice and treatment - but is hard to obtain it seems - am I not clear enough with my communication? Its starting to concern me - last blood draw indicated elevated enzymes .... dont know the numbers....2 biopsies have detected the fibrosis, etc......

You need help fast! It sounds like your liver is failing. Get yourself to a major medical center ASAP!
