is this a hernia?

its happened so far about 5-8 times, sometimes when i sneeze or i gag(which is just what happened), i do it so hard that i wanna say my intestine pops out of my middle right ab(i have a six pack.. not to brag just not sure if thats another reason), and its literally jutting out and i could feel a stiff bulge out of my stomach, yet after a minutes or so it will return back inside of me.. can anyone explain what this could be? hernia??

Sure sounds like one. A simple examination should answer the question. Please see a surgeon for an opinion.
