Herpes/Yeast Infection/Balanatis or what is it?

I was dating a girl for a month, one month ago and when I was in her bathroom I noticed Yeast infection medication, so chances are she has/had vaginal yeast infection. I assumed that she has gotten rid of it, since the vagina was dark in colour but nothing else was weird about it. We had unprotected sex for a month. After that, just over a week ago I had unprotected sex with another girl, which did seemed to be slutty. This was Fri/Sat. On Tuesday morning, for no reason I decided to inspect my penis and when pulled my foreskin, I noticed several red dots and the foreskin was sore and hard to pull back, all of this accomponied by foul smell. I freaked out, called my doctor and same day went for examination. He suggested herpes and prescribed anti biotics which i drank for a week now. He suggested I go get tested, and I did, still waiting for my results. Then, the dots dissappeared (without blistering or anything) after few days, but the foresking was still irritated with foul smell. So, on day five or six, I felt itching in my urthera, right at the opening. It is swollen now and kinda red. No discharge. It has been like this for a few days now. Itches from time to time, but I have not felt any pain yet, except slightly in my testicles sometimes. I am still waiting for results, but I am freaking out. I researched all possible types of things that could be related, could you please let me know if it could be urtheris related infection or something like that? Also, I heard that during an outbreak herpes usually blister, so could that suggest no herpes? Also, I heard that test results are accurate after two weeks. Could they be accurate right away?

It would most likely be some of the worst pain you've ever experienced. It's rare to have ledions inside the urethra and non on the outside of the penis as well.

I doubt very much you have hsv1 on both locations.

Clearly your Dr doesn't know much about hsv if he gave you antibiotics for herpes. They do absolutely nothing for herpes. The foul smell isn't a symptom of herpes either. A yeast infection absolutely but not herpes.
Test results for hsv are NOT accurate after two weeks. They are not considered conclusive untill at least 12 weeks. The blood tests are looking for antibodies you produce to fight the infection, not the actual virus. Your Dr should have swabbed the area and pcr tested it for hsv. To be honest (and i can't be 100% positive) i really an not sold on this being herpes. I suspect yeast or a fungal infection.
Did your dr have you do a urine test for bacterial std's?

Thanks for your response, he only suggested a blood test for both hsv 1/2. Still awaiting results but freaking out here. Is it possible to have herpes inside Urtheral opening and what should it feel like? Itch? Hurt? Should the blisters occur in one day or if they didn't yet will they at all?

also, just a few comments additinal to the above. I do have HSV 1, had many oubreaks in the past. Could an oubreak occur possibly in genetial for first time? wanted to highlight that the red spots that doctor was looking at did not hurt or itch, and if they dissapeared already is that a good sign?
