16 year old with oral herpes??

Hi, Sari here.
My friend has had a cold sore that she told me she got from oral sex, so when this cluster of little white pus or clear filled bumps appeared in the groove of my chin, she thought I had had sex with someone!.
I haven't, I haven't even kissed someone directly for almost a year.
So they appeared after the big Heat wave in melbourne just two days ago. it's been here for over 24 hours, and its horribly red in just that area.

I'd like to ask, If I have NO history of sexual contact with anyone at all, what could possibly have triggered my herpes?
I know there are two types of HSV, but How did mine get triggered?

First off you don't even know if these are herpes correct? If you want to know you need to go and be seen and get them checked out.

Sunlight is a big trigger for oral herpes and while I'm sitting here in the US freezing my butt off - you are sweating from it being summertime down under.  most adults have hsv1 orally whether they can recall obvious cold sores or not. sexual contact isn't what triggers cold sores to show up.  Not sure how your friend was tested to know that her cold sore is from oral sex - typically they are hsv1 and are from kissing.  

also it's been awfully hot - could just be regular ole zits too.
