3 blisters on right scrotum after brief encounter

Hi about 8 days ago a stripper used saliva and her hand to jerk me off. I don't remember but she may have sucked on my testicle for 2 seconds. The whole encounter was  no more than 3 minutes. I noticed 3 blisters on my right testicle that were about 2 cm apart from each other. I don't recall ever having a cold sore on my mouth which I have read puts me at high risk of revcieving genital herpes from oral sex. I did have a larger red blister before the event with the stripper. It was on the crack between my thigh and pubic area. All blisters were hard. I used tweezers to pop them and they bled. The first blister on the pubic area healed but left a flat red mark. The three on the testicle filled with fluid the day after popping so I popped them again and they had a crust over them then healed. I went to a doctor and he immediately said folliculitus but the blisters were basically healed pink marks. He sent me for blood work but it is too soon for herpes to show in my blood. It is 8 days after the event. If this is a herpes outbreak is it possible for these blisters to pop and heal this fast? To better illustrate, the blisters were painless, not really itchy. I did experience mild lower back pain yesterday. ( after blisters healed). This may also be because I have not been eating much. No other symptoms suggesting herpes. I do not change razors often when I shave either. I had shaved probably about a week before the sight of blisters. I have no past history of folliculitus that I can recall.
I know herpes does not typically develop on the scrotum but since I have no previous history of cold sores, how likely is this brief encounter to give me genital herpes?

My doctor has been far from helpful. I don't think he knows much more than writing prescriptions. I'm gonna have to search for a new one

Cant say but maybe discuss this with your doctor as is causing you extreme anxiety.

But I would assume that the soreness would've gone away by now. Is it possible that the folliculitus is from using the hot tub or sauna, and thus the bacteria caused an infection giving me swollen lymph nodes in my groin and lower back soreness? I also was swimming in the Delaware river for about 8 hours the day I noticed the bumps on my scrotum. Possible uti or kidney infection?

Any idea about the back pain and pressure in groin I've been experiencing for 5 days?

You cannot contract from your affair. almost certainly from shaving. That area is not ment to be shaved as the skin is too tender, try just trimming next time.

Grace, do any of my symptoms give you an idea on if I have any infection (bacterial or viral). I was using my new gyms sauna and hottub which I've read may cause infection, but I cannot determine if that is why the pain in my back and groin appeared recently.

Very true lol. The pain seems to worsen the longer I sit in a chair. Hopefully my doctor can give me some answers. Not sure what happened to the blood tests I had done last week. They told me there's nothing they can do until they get the results, problem is those results are going to be useless as they were too close to the incident. Which makes me think my doctor is unreliable.

I'm not sure I"d be able to walk for a week if I tried to put my leg behind my head....lol

This sounds like something non-herpes related going on. continue to follow up with your provider.

Hi. Today I am still expeciencing lower back aches and pain in my lower abdomin and groin on and off. I am extremely worried. My doctor still has not recieved my blood work and urine results from labcorp. This pain started several days after the sight of the bumps on my scrotum. I was doing some deep stretching that included trying to put my leg behind my head. That was 24 hours before I noticed the back pain. But I wouldn't expect to have pain in my groin from this. I also have lost 10 pounds in the last few weeks. Probably from exercise before, and now with loss of appetite.

You can see where the blisters were but they are closed up. Do herpes symptoms only exist while the sores are open?

not without obvious lesions.

Is the mild pain in my back and low abdomin a possible symptom or no?

Overall the risk of herpes from receiving oral sex is low. If you had contracted it, you would've had a very "classic" ob - it would've been obvious and painful. You really shouldn't be thinking herpes as a cause of symptoms from this almost no risk encounter. Folliculitis is a skin infection you can google to learn more.

really, not everything is herpes.

Please reply with detail as to why it is not herpes. Can't shake this paranoia

My worry is that I read online that if you are negative for hsv1 then that puts me at high risk for getting genital herpes from oral sex. Today I still have some back pain. I am also having pain in my lower abdomen, but I am taking amoxicillin and Allegra d for a minor ear infection that began a couple months ago. My doctor won't see me until my blood test results come in. But because I got tested so soon, the results won't tell me anything, correct?

How are you sure this isn't herpes? And what else could the bumps be? They are currently healed

you should go and be seen again. this isn't a herpes issue from the encounter you are worried about.

They should be considering bacterial skin infections besides folliculitis for you at this point too.
