I was having sex with the girls prior for 2 months before it became a steady thing then around the same time I stopped using protection with both after this I developed two sores on my penis which took two weeks to go away I thought since they weren't bumps it was from when one of the girls bite my penis a month later I began having a little back began to tight and I also had a case of bronchitis  and also around the same time had pains in my lower stomach and it was had to start peeing while this was happening because I am a can I took observations that I was going more often but not as much liquid was coming out and it was cloudy when I finally got the courage to go to the doctor I tried to tell him I thought I had chaylmedia because my friend had also dated one of the girls prior and just contracted it when I showed the doctor my penis the sores where gone I just had dry skin and he thought it was herpes right away I thought he was joking at first but he does think so I never did the blood work what do you guys think

Herpes sores are often described as blister type or razor type cuts. First time outbreaks would be at point of contact so the person you used a condom with would not have passed it to you.

The only symptoms that possibly have anything to do with herpes, chlamydia, or any STD are the penile sores. Nothing else (bronchitis, stomach pain, urinary symptoms, urine amount) could possibly be due to any STD.

As for herpes, it's hard to judge. On one hand, if your doctor thinks the sores look like herpes, that needs to be taken seriously. OTOH, after two weeks, pretty much any skin sore -- bite wound, herpes, other infection -- looks pretty much the same. So my guess is your doctor suspected herpes mostly because of the penile location. And if you definitely had a bite wound at that site which took a couple weeks to heal, that's probably all it is.

In any case, a diagnosis of herpes just by exam, without lab testing, is never sufficient. Even the world's top herpes experts often have trouble diagnosing herpes without testing.

So you definitely need lab tests. I suggest a blood test ASAP. It's probably soon enough so it will still be negative even if you have herpes. If so, have another test in a few weeks to see if it becomes positive for either HSV1 or HSV2. Alternatively, if you have another outbreak of penile sores, see your doctor ASAP (within a day or two) so a swab test for the virus can be done while the sores are new.

You need to tell your partners. Since herpes is possible, they should be informed. Even though the diagnosis isn't yet confirmed, they need to know they may be infected -- either because she was the source of your infection, or because the other was exposed. Both need to know and both should have blood tests.
