protected oral sex is almost no risk at all, even for herpes.
replying to posts that are more than a week or two old really isn't useful to be honest. mostly the original poster posts, gets their answers and then doesn't continue to check in on their posts. just a fyi sort of advice.
that is not entirely true. if that person that is giving oral has a cold sore in their mouth, there saliva is infected with the bacteria that can stay on the genital area. It is possible to spread to the anal area if infected with the herpes virus.
then why do some pros on this site say the first outbreak of genital herpes appear at the area of skin tro skin contact ? PLEASE EXPLAIN THANX.
Anal herpes is in fact genital herpes; anything in the "boxer short" area is considered genital herpes. That being said, protected oral sex reduces the risk of herpes transmission.
