Abnormal herpes 1 number?

I tested + for hsv 1 4 weeks ago, but after seeing my last partners test i decided to get another test because he was negatie for both hsv1 1 and 2 which is weird. I got my results and they read

HERPES 1/2 IGM 0.66 Normal

HERPES SIMPLEX I AND II IgG (Glycoprotein Specific)

HERPES I IgG 54.0  H  (the number was under the abnormal)

HERPES II IgG 0.1

my question is why is hsv 1 so high? and how come my last partner didn't test for hsv 1 since I did?

you could've contracted hsv1 from your parents, any care giver in your life or anyone you've kissed in a lifetime.

Hello grace, it's just not making any sense to me. My first bf also doesn't have hsv either and I lost my virginity to him. If I had it before my last partner how come he doesn't have it and how come I caught it? I just don't get it.

it's most helpful when you just keep adding to your original post as we ask in our read before posting post on the forum.

you have had hsv1 since before your last partner most likely.

there is no meaning to the numeric result of your hsv1 igg other than being positive.
