All tests have been Negative but still scared for hsv

I had a protected encounter about 7 weeks ago. 2-3 days after I was awoken by a sharp very painful what felt like on the left side only of my penis and abductor/taint.  Im also having left lower back issues (sciatica) which i was also having before the event do I don't know of its relates. ive had a few occurances after...abductor pain, back pain, slight scrotum/penile pain.  Loss of appetite that comes and goes. All on left side lasts for about a few days, ifee like it get worse when i sit or walk for long time I think hemeroids which I've had or (maybe in my head). Then dirrireah.  Is gotta be something right? I've had zero blisters or sores just what's been above.  Doctor said it's not hsv but when I've had three similar situation over the last few weeks I'm hesitant...I had am IgG specific test at two weeks which was negative...idk of this is herpes...please help

Could over masturbation cause similar pain...I've laid off for a bit...bit not completely.   Had another doctor appt and he thinks I'm fine...see a urologist in a couple of days... going in tomorrow for a test seeing as I'm still only having off and on penis head pain, and pain towards rear near the taint and abductor...also lower left back, button, and hip pain...still no sores discharge nothing....only pain on left side...I don't think a l4 l5 compression would cause this constant pain that goes away just a fast as it appears...I have good and bad days but the pain still lingers

any idea on that?  like i said its not bright red  and you can only really see it if you stretch the skin...it doesn't hurt or itch and it doesn't seem to be getting bigger o worst....its almost like a litte extra skin that got chaffed...its a little tender now but i believe thats because been inspecting it

Most times it's either stress driven or just over concentrating on the genitals area.

at 8-9 weeks and again at 11-12
Or overmasturbation the day prior but idk

Still trying to figure out what would have caused me to awake with that burning sensation and later taint pain.  I was on antibiotics for a few days...it's seems that this pain came and left as soon as it started about 4 days each time...most of which after driving for long periods...my back pain remained though

It wouldn't be conclusive at this time frame. 8 weeks is a good indicator but 12 weeks would be more conclusive.

From what you read it doesn't sound like hsv though?

Would an igG test at this point be conclusive just for peace of mind?

Your chances of contracting hsv from a one time protected exposure is effectively zero. You could not have contracted the virus on the penis as it was covered by the condom. The taint wouldn't be exposed either. I would not suspect hsv in your case at all.

Understand wonder of its a muscle strain... weird how it's on one side and goes away as fast as it comes
