Am I clean?

I am going to be brief and to the point. I got Chlamydia back in Sept 07. I was cured of that but started feeling like some sort of soreness in the middle of my penis. I went to see the Urologist and for my assurance he made do the HIV, Hepatitis, and Herpes Tests of which the Herpes will be mentioned. The other two were negative.

The results are as follows (12/07):
HSV 1 IGG Herpeselect AB  0.08 (0.00-0.89)          Result: Negative /
HSV 2 IGG Herpeselect AB  0.06 (0.00-0.89)          Result: Negative

I was happy that they were negative but the weird soreness was still there but very faint. He said it might be due to inflammation inside the penis and give it some time to heal. I said ok. Then in April 08, the weird soreness grew in intensity but not real drastic. I went to the same doctor and he said that there was not nothing evident on the outside of my penis or from the tests to show that I had anything. He said I was healthy and not to worry. I was still very paranoid and told him I wanted to do the tests again. He said sure.

The results are as follows (4/08):
HSV 1 IGG Herpeselect AB                0.11 (0.00-0.89)          Result: Negative /
HSV 2 IGG Herpeselect AB                0.17 (0.00-0.89)          Result: Negative /
HSV IGM AB Screen                          Detected    Result: Not Detected /
HSV IGM AM Titer                               <1:10 (<1:10)

This time the IGM was tested. Now, I hear from you commenting on the inaccuracies of the IGM testing. I feel I'm ok with that (somewhat) but the HSV 1&2 IGG levels rose from the last test. Does that mean anything? Am I clean? Should I take the IGG tests again? Your immediate help would greatly be appreciated. I am really really concerned for my girlfriend and I. About her, I was the only person she has been with...intimate and all.

Just a little paranoid. I want an expert opinion. What are your credentials if I may ask? Again, just want a professional opinion.

And sorry for the multiple posts.

I would say your soreness is psychological and you are spending way to much time focusing on this... I mean 2 tests and you not believing the Dr.... Trust me when I say this, if you focus on something long enough, you will start feeling all sorts of things going on in there and it is the result of something you are putting together in your head!!! Move on and stop worrying about this and you will see the pain will go away!!

Nope, it doesn't mean anything.  You are not infected with herpes from that encounter.
