Am i infected

I had unprotected sex with a girl 2 n half months ago. she told me she was tested and clean. turns out she was tested and unclean. im not sure what strand of the herpes virus she has, but i know that she has it. she told me later (while crying and very embarrased) that she would not have had sex with me if she was having an out break, and assured me that i was safe.  i was also told by friends that she had sex with another guy unprotected and told him the same thing. he came up negative.  what are the chances that i have this  virus? and also should i report this girl, she has been having sex with alot of people, and i know her theory on condoms, she doesnt care whether she uses them or not. should i be worried? should i report her?

Man i cant stand these type of people who knowingly put people at risk and pretend they had no clue.
