Ankle and leg possible primary herpes outbreak advice please

A day after sex I had strange crawling sensations on my left leg. I previously about to weeks before had what looked like a herpes breakouT all stages on my left calf as well, that was scabbed over - it was probably three pink bumps close together, then rash red inflammation, then blisters red then scabbed within like 4-6 days scans are still present. My doctor wrote it off as molluscum and wouldn't test it - now that it's scabbed over I can't test it anyway which I wanted to for herpes. anyway three days after the most recent sexual encounter I had found a c-shaped tiny blister on my ankle which i wa shopping was a bug bite, over the next two days it grew in size, taking a picture I noticed multiple white bumps within the blister and the same c-shaped indent in the center..... I again think this is herpes due to the pain before it came, my penis had and still doesn't have any viable sores at all, I've had tiny tiny white pink kinda like blisters cultured in my pubic area they are completely painless but I don't think molluscum as they real so easily, one I found today is almost clear. If I can post photos here I will.

My symptoms started on sept 20th 4 days after sex with a male partner I'm male as well (if it makes any difference) I had a very bad flu and strep throats with white pus and burning urination, three days later it felt like razor blades when I urinated and blood came out- it hurt so badly I went to the ER all tests as in urethral swabs came back negative for everything including herpes. The razor blade feeling when I urinated hurt Donna do didn't want to urinate at all, the pain went away on its own in 4 days. During that time I had no visible genital sores or lesions besides a tiny like blister ended up forming a large red area that weeper clear fluid... it was painless though and negative with a herpes pcr. It took theee weeks to heal and left a purple scar.

During this time I've had protected anal and unprotected oral sex with two people after getting the negative results a few weeks after, both say they are clean but after the most recent encounter with my loose friend which is 3 days ago I have this blister on my ankle and bumps in pubic area.

Any advice...? I plan on taking a herpes blood test in January when it's been three months post exposure I hope I can get my ankle swabbed before it breaks if it does, as well as any guesses if the pictures I can hopefully upload look like herpes or not, again all somewhat classical looking symptoms have been on my left leg so far. I won't be having anymore sexual partners until then, after the last partner I also started feeling crawling sensations for two days before the ankle blaiterbshowed up, but for a primary outbreak on the ankle is that normal...?  Thank you

These encounters where both loose friends that live in a different city than me now that I'm visiting, I didn't really want sex with either I have a problem saying no.

Any advice on dating with herpes as a gay male especially since I think that's unfortunately what this may very well be? The stigma for genital herpes is horrible but I ould always disclose so someone else doesn't go throw what I have, I always ask about status but people have lied to me, I'm tested every 6 months and normally test for herpes if something pops up with a pcr as well as get the igg blood tests every 12 months if I've been dating around and not in a solid relationship yet. I've only always been positive for type 1 -'d I assume it's orally, as the only pain I've had is since the last three enoucters which normally isn't like myself.

Not likely that you will have a lot of recurrent outbreaks.

The doctor has given me 3 pcr cultures to have at home incase the same blister/sore on my left-handside of my pubic area pops up again. I also know it was in the exact same spot lasted 10-12 days each time and was about 3 weeks in between, and started with crawling, followed by ballooning (swelling of both lymph nodes) extreme for 1-2 days then subsiding [this is honestly the most painful part as its hard to walk] and starting as a tiny white bump with red base - which then evolves into a red weeping ulcer with clear discharge for 10 days, it becomes more red surrounding then dry and then vanishes. So i'm 99% sure it is herpes. I'll test blood again in Feburary thats 4 months post exposure....

Until then I'm not sure what to do should I start antivirals...? will the crawling sensations ever subside. Do you know if daily suppressive therapy is a risk to your health overall for more than a yr..?

Since I've had type 1 so long i feel my outbreaks may be less severe but the 1st year I had type 1 oral cold sores when i was 10 years of age I had them typically 2 times a month from Nov-Feburary basically anytime I was sick I got one. Hopefully type two won't be s frequent and can be managed by suppressive therapy. As far as a future partner or partners what do you advise...? I obviously got this when protection (condoms were used) but I feel the person had an active sore he lied about and then from shaving my pubic hair a tiny cut let the virus in.

I'm 24 years of age and a gay man... typically guys my age and younger I don't feel have genital herpes to be honest :/ so its not as widespread as the internet makes you believe. This man was 27 years of age and acted out of selfishness... after telling him no multiple times.

UPDATE: the pcr came back positive for type 1 not type 2 herpes on my pubic area... my partner also came back positive for type 1 blisters on his left butt cheek via a pcr swab this week. How likely will it be that I get recurrent outbreaks of type 1 genital/pubic area herpes since I've had an oral infection since age 10 that has been dormant since 18 years of age..? I'm now 24

Hsv does not act like this. You won't have it spreading like this. It stays within the nerve ganglia. It doesn't wonder around the body. I would get the ankle checked out today. Don't wait

Wanted to update that I was diagnosed with herpes type 2 via a blood test. I've had and still have various crawling sensations on and off but besides that no true blisters besides one on my pubic area, it took 3 weeks to heal. I guess I'm lucky. Any advice on how to treat the tingling sensations which are meant to be before a herpes outbreak, but with me I don't get the classical outbreak. I guess I have to wait this out and see, when tingling does that mean my body is spreading the virus? I feel so much is still unknown if this various I was told by 3 doctors 100% not herpes and now this.

Please post the type of blood test and the numeric value. Example. Was it an igm test or igg that was positive? I also need the numeric value of the test.

Herpes select igg antibodies Blood test:

I've had this test prior two other times once in March and the second in June 2016, that were both positive for type one (oral I've had since 10yrs of age) and negative type two.

So I 100% know all previous encounters were not the cause of this. As I have a stigma of the disease from being rapped I generally do blood tests once a yr.

This blood test was taken 2 1/2 months after exposure on September 6th. The results were

Herpes igg antibodies (select):

Type One: Reactive [which was known]
Type 2: Reactive (no values given)
*This is the first time it has ever been reactive*

I was going to make a post on this, but I specifically asked this person if they had genital herpes as I do with any partner prior to any sexual contact, he laughed it off and said he tests regularly and always uses protection. When I noticed a long c-shaped cut/ulcer around his anus and I said ' that looks like a possible herpes ulcer, had it been tested' to which he pressed my body down and continued the act on myself.
He then continued to force me down and not stop the sexual act even after saying no various times and then letting in. I feel he will do this again, and since telling him the results have blocked me.

This had occurred in the state of Hawaii I'm wondering if I have any right to seek legal advice over this...?  I was going to create a separate post.

I ask because for example, In Australia it is illegal to knowingly give someone an STI particularly a lifelong virus such as herpes simplex (starting at a $5k fine) ---- this should be the NORM in America as well so people will think twice before lying and being selfish, just as the person was that gave it to them. I do not believe people spread it not knowing, you can't be that out of tune with your body - they just say that after infecting someone.

Not sure about the law. Here's my advice about the test. Test again!!
Knowing you have hsv1 the odds are good that there was crossover from the hsv1 antibodies. This is very common.

Yes I have had it looked at on the leg but it has scabbed over, my ankle actually may be herpes zoster? It's very vesicular looking, I think i noticed signs under my chest area on the same said it's all on the left hand side of my Brody and I've been very stressed lately. I should also say the person I had sex with first with all the symptoms have a sore on his very inner thigh that before sex I asked about and still feel it looked very much like herpes.... but I believed him.
