Anul Problem

I have a problem with my anus.The main problem is the anus is uncircumsized ,during my mastrubation I never felt problem earlier,but on some occasion,I mastrubated my anus with full strength,since it is uncircumsized ,it slowly started pain after next 2 days.I thought its small infection or some thing and I started cleaning my anus internally.But fore skin became very sensitive and unable to open completely even anus is not erected.
cracks are coming over foreskin .Now also I am able to do mastrubate but after mastrubating there will some white fluid left in the fore skin and later I am supposed to clean.
I think with your experience you can understand my problem.I am not married till now my age is 26 and about to marry,So please advise to solve this problem,I am very much afraid to reach doctor.Till now I never had a sex,But I mastrubate 3 times a day.
There is no erection problem and during mastrubate ,fore skin starts craking slowly unable to open completely.
Advise me immediately ,If my fore skin should be circumsied ,please let me know the time period its takes to complete the process and suggest me the best doctor who can do me needful.
