Any ideas?

I am 20 years old. I have sores right on my vaginal area and there are cuts that hurt so bad when I go to the bathroom. I have been using neosporin on the cuts and it seems to temporarily relieve the pain. I also noticed there are blister-like spots in my genital area as well. I had sex about a week ago but i just started noticing symptoms 2 days ago. I had unprotected sex with someone I have been with for a little over a month. I have not gone in to the doctor yet to be tested because I am hoping it gets better and I am extremely scared of what it could be. Any ideas?

Sorry. The first sentence should say get them swabbed and tested right away.

You need to go get the cuts and blister type lesions asap. Timing is critical. This sounds exactly like hsv. The time frame and symptoms unfortunately are spot on. Please get in tomorrow. If your Dr won't see you then go to a sexual health clinic or walk in clinic. Make sure they do a swab test. Insist on it.
