Any thing to be concerned about

on feb 12, i had sexual relations with a girl and a condom had been used, about three days later it started feeling like the tip of the penis had been hurting. I kind of ignored it for a few more days then got tested for the basic std tests everything but herpes. after a week of waiting for the test results to come back this girl finally decided to tell me she had herpes but ohhh forgot to mention before we had sex. it had been about a week and a half after the contact and i started feeling the skin on the testicles feel warm and a burning sensation, off and on sometimes worse then other days but some days not at all and it kept feeling like something was leaking out the tip but there was nothing. the metus was red and irritated and looked like a little bit of pre cum once in a bit but nothing much. the test results came back negative for everything. I had gone to a doctors two weeks after exposure and took a **** test and it came back with blood in my urine with and bacteria. Also had a herpes blood test done. doc told me i had a bladder infection and put me on cirpo for a week. after taking cipro the symptoms were still there. the blood tests came back negative at hsv1 0.06 and hsv2 at 0.17. was this too soon to take a blood test? it has been about three weeks now and i still feel the same symptoms and went back to the doctor and i still had blood in my urine and white blood cells in my urine. now i am on cirpo again and doxycycline now. Does herpes cause you to have blood in the urine and bacteria in the urine? its been about 3 and a half weeks and i still feel burning on the skin of the testicles and under the shaft at the base on and off and pain around the groin area, a dull pain in the testicles nothing real bad,  and the tip of the penis still hurts and looks red. i noticed a little bit of pre cum looking fluid after the first **** of the morning before the pee came out, not much at all but still noticed it. im still currently on the meds and 1 day into both. there are no lesions or sores or bumps never have been there but still burning. i feel run down also could b because of the stress with this too. this girl was on medication she takes once in the morning and once at night and a condom was used what are the chances of contracting this. is there a chance this is just what the doctors says or could it be genital herpes. blood test was done 2 weeks after exposure and negative, i was going to go back again two more weeks for another blood test which would put me at 1 month after exposure is this a good idea or should i wait? almost one month about 3 and a half weeks of feeling the same symptoms on and off, sometimes really irritating and sometimes not. i have had no temp at all i have checked it twice a day and its normal. what would be the reason for feeling the like the skin was burning? what are the chances of feeling this after i know the girl had genital herpes? at first i thought it might be just in my head but its not. any comments or suggestions?

You need to keep working with your doctor on this.  The discharge could be anything but bacterial infections can be a problem.  The pain could be anything but testing for herpes wouldn't be accurate.  You need to wait 3 months for that.  

It sounds like you have something going on and you might want to see a urgologist at this point.  Herpes doesn't last just that long but there is a lot that needs to be looked at by a trained provider at this point.  Hence why I suggest the urologist.
