Anyone that can help...

I posted a question earlier but have taken a better look down there and decided to give more facts. Please help me I am so scared. As of tomorrow I have a doctor apt to be tested for Genital Herpes. I am so scared. I was never promiscuous all my sexual relationships have been with my boyfriends and they were long relationships. Recently after moving back home I came in contact with a old friend about 2 weeks ago. We ended up having unprotected sex, a mistake I will always regret. Before engaging we talked and he had said he was clean and as was I. On new years he had a bbq and after we both became pretty intoxicated again had unprotected sex. He is very well endowed and I am quite small… So when I was hurting the next day (jan 2) I assumed he tore me down there which has happened to me a couple times. But being curious I decided to take a look. The tearing was on my posterior fourchette, but when I got a better look, I noticed they looked more like puncher mark, and a small bump on my outer labia (wasn't sure if ingrown hair because I shave). It only burns to pee if the urine touches the posterior fourchettea. I have no muscle/back pain, no itching, no flu like symptoms, no fever, Just that mark and discomfort in peeing (which when I tore that discomfort has happened as well) I am not sure what to do, I showed my mom and she thinks it's herpes as well. Can a tear look like that or is it blisters (2 or 3 marks).

Please keep all your questions in the same post - forum policy. Thanks.

A tear in the posterior fourchette is very common with rough sex, yes. But if you're feeling pain, you definately need to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible to get an answer. If they suspect herpes, make sure they swab it and type it.
