Are these blisters, ulcers on my perianal skin syphilis or HSV?

I have 2, maybe 3, blisters/canker sores/ulcers/anal fissures on my perianal skin. I  couldn't find similar pictures and want to make sure this is not syphilis, HSV, or STD related.

For sex:
I was clean on my last STD check up and have not had sex since.

Background:
Last 5 days -

-Powerful flatulence from spicy food and diarrhea.
-I ate a bunch of not yet ripe (sour) cherries which also caused diarrhea.
-I had one canker sore in the back of my mouth, it has just healed.
-Sometimes I turn the temperature up too high on my bidet (water jets for anal cleaning) and scald my *** with the hot water on accident.
-Pain for last 4 days when defecating, pain if blister touched
-Last 2 days, stool has a small amount of blood in it.

Blister thing looks like a canker sore on the lip, but with additional red puffiness surround the white in the center. (see link to picture)

For 3 years:
Small patch of dermatitis on the sternum, red spots that itch, then fake, very mild.  Some type of dermatitis, cause unknown. Still persists. Seems to be dormant for the last 4 months.

For 2 years:
Dermatitis on the scalp, mouth, chin, sometimes behind ear. Red/burn feeling on skin, then flaking white skin, cycles are ~2 weeks.

1 year ago:
After eating sour tangerines, canker sore outbreak in mouth.

I have read wikipedia articles on causes of anal fissures, and much of this seems to match, however, I could not find any similar pictures. Same goes for the dermatitis pictures.

Questions:
Is this indicative of an STD?
Are there any websites that have a database of pictures for skin diseases for browsing? search engine image searches are horrible...
Are there places that I can upload these pictures too to help add to medical databases?
Should this question go to dermatology?

Any advice or comments would be appreciated. Here is a picture:

typically gi docs have had gi issues themselves and want to help others or people they know have had them. it's not something all of us dream of doing when we grow up that's for sure !

glad you got answers as to what was going on!

I had bacterial enteritis small and large intestines --- the diarrhea caused blisters and internal hemorrhoids.  Medicines taken for enteritis were gentamycin sulfate, bismuth subnitrate, and Berberine; taken for 5 days, complications gone in in 1 day.

Hemorrhoids --- these got to stage 2, almost 3: medicine was prep H and following the instructions on the Wikipedia article.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemorrhoid

Notes:
Defecation is easier if I put lubrication in my anal canal and take a hose and shoot some water inside for an enema.  Coffee enemas were in the Merck Manual until 1972 and male gays do this all the time, so I regard all the precautions and "dangers" listed on various websites as a product of the sissy culture now spreading in the English speaking world.

BTW,  for the hemorrhoid check, anoscopy, the doctor lubed up a 12CM transparent dildo, crammed it up my ***, wiggled it around, then had a visual inspection through the device.  I have yet to figure out how doing this 8-10 hours every day became the doctor's calling in life.

Good health to everyone.

we don't look at any pictures here. why not is explained in our read before posting post on the forum.

bottom line is you need to be seen for a proper medical exam.

Grace, here is a picture update, hopefully medhelp embraces human conditions more in the future!  Appears as if a large canker sore. A little larger than before?

Grace,

Crowdsourcing medical diagnosis is much more accurate than opinions of one medical provider.

we don't allow pictures of the anal genital area on medhelp. your pictures will be removed by the mods. the forum is pg 13 dear.

bottom line is your time is far better spent going to be seen promptly to have these looked at. asking strangers online for advice instead of seeing a trained medical provider for a proper exam is never in your best interest.

For anyone viewing the picture, the measuring tape is in metric (centimeters and millimeters)
