Are these signs of Herpes?

A couple of days ago I notice a tiny little bumps on just the palms of my hands. They are not like blisters because they do not have fluid in them. They do not itch or burn or bother at all. I recently went to a doctor that said that this might be herpes but then said he wasn't sure because herpes on the palms are usually are more like blisters, so he said just to wait a couple of days and see if it gets better or worse. I have never been diagnosed with herpes never had any herpes on my mouth or anything. I have been looking on the internet to try and find something that looks similar to what I have but I have had no luck. It is very frustrating and I am extremely concerned. I am a very paranoid person and would just like to have some type of idea as to what this may be.

if these don't hurt, they aren't due to herpes. herpes whitlow hurts like a s.o.b.

follow up with a dermatologist as needed.
