Are those herpes symptoms? I'm super worried. Please help :(

I had unprotected oral sex from a cheap escort recently (I'm so embarrassed about this) I was on the receiving end of it. This encounter happened 5 days ago. Here's what I've experienced since then:
Exposure (day 1) - 8pm encounter. I realized what happened and vigorously cleaned my penis that night.
Day 2 - anxiety - tingling sensations
Day 3 - penis shaft itchyness + difficult peeling skin + pee odour
Day 4 - wake up with intense itch in public region at the base of penis + right butt pain in evening
Day 5 - Minimal itching + right butt pain continues + feels feverish

Does this sound like herpes? I've been a responsible 22yr old for my whole life and everyone including my friends and family are proud of me. I don't deserve to contract heroes. Please help! Thank you.

Nope. This sounds nothing like herpes. Oral sex is really pretty safe but does have a small risk for hsv1. The odds from a single exposure when no cold sore was present is so low it doesn't warrant much concern. You are clearly stressed and that is causing most of what you are experiencing. Relax and stop examining your self. The overwhelming odds are you are fine with absolutely nothing to worry about

Yes, but what if she is a prostitute. She said she saw 3 other people that day before me. Wouldn't that be high risk? Also, today I noticed a red patch on my penis head surrounded by whiteness. My penis shaft looks white when i peel the skin. And it's got this sort of moistness. I touched it and some of the white stuff started coming off. Also, my fever is still there and i'm constantly feeling tired and unwell. I hope it's all in my head. But, today is day 6 since the counter :/
