Are vaginal blisters always herpes?

Last week I have sex with my husband, it last for one hour, I was recently shaved and he gave oral sex and also I was dry. The sex was rough. Two days after that I got a few blisters over my vagina, it doen't hurt just feel it when pee. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me acyclovir and orderes me labs tests for herpes. Nine years ago I had something similar to all this and i was tested and the results was negative. I am worry because the blisters are spreading over my labia (they began in the outside of tha vagina). What is happening to me?

In the future if this happens again be seen within 24-48 hrs for a culture with typing.  Your doctor should have asked for that as well.

Your husband should get a type specific igg test.  If you had HSV transmitted your blood work will take up to 3 months from the encounter you are speaking of.  But getting a test this point may not reflect your status.

Chances are this isn't herpes but from dry sex.  Consider using lube next time.  It like taking one hand and rubbing your arm for as long as you had sex.  You will get blisters from it.  No telling what is going on.  Did your doctor swab the blisters for culture and typing?  What testing was done?
