Blowjob from girl with cold sores! Freaking out!

HI guys,

A few hours ago I received protected blowjob from a csw, upon finishing and when I came out of the shower, I noticed she has applied some cream on a spot on her lip. I questioned her and she admitted that she might be having an outbreak!! It was dark before and I did not check properly to see if she had any symptoms!

How far of a risk am I at? I have never had herpes before and no outbreaks. I am worried because even with the condom on, the oral sex process was very sloppy and there were still loads of contact between my exposed penile base and her mouth. Furthermore, I few hours before the visit and thus there would be tiny nicks on my genital area.

If the active cold sore made contact with the unprotected skin then you were at risk. The risk is moderate. Still most exposures like this don't lead to transmission. If you do not get a primary outbreak 3-14 days after exposure then your probably out of the woods.
