Bumps
For the past month, i've had these couliflower like bumps appear around my anus. But before that I was having problems passing stools like it was constipation. Now the bumps are still there, and occasionally will hurt a little. I've tried Prep H and it seemd to make the symtoms better. The funny thing is occasionally one of the bumps will fall off. They also occasionally bleed after passing a stool. Could this be hemorrhoids or herpes?
you need to be seen and get a proper work up done. these don't sound like herpes going on.

Probably not herpes. Could be hpv/warts but it would be hard to tell from information found on the web.
If the bumps are clustering into a wart though... it would be the classic description of cauliflower looking warts.
Is there any other info that could shed light on where these bumps came from? i.e. direct contact
