Burning Sensation in Skin Folds

About 2 weeks ago I had a sexual encounter with a high risk commercial sex worker. I rubbed the outside of her vagina for a few seconds and proceeded to masturbate with the same hand I had touched her with. Approx 3 days ago I began to feel a burning sensation on my upper thigh, groin skin fold area, my skin is not red, there is no blisters and no lesions, but it is very tender and constantly feels tingly and irritated as if it were burned. I am worried I may have gotten her vagina fluid on my hand and then touched myself. What are the chances that I contracted herpes from this experience. I've used a anti fungal spray, and it burns when it touches my groin area as if I had open or cracked skin, is this normal. Thank you
