Burning lips and tiny dots

My lips are burning and I have tiny dots on the corner of my lips and across it.They are under the skin. I was tested for Herpes and said it was negative. The burning sensation goes from the corner of my mouth to my chin.

this doesn't really sound like oral herpes. it's unfortunate that you weren't seen when this started for an exam :(

this could be any number of things going on. have you been seen and had a proper exam done? did they do anything other than herpes blood testing?
