Burning sensation

I had unprotected sex with a girl the other day, i thought i new her sexual history and she supossibly doesnt sleep around and claims to have nothing. The day after i started having a weird sensation in my penis, Its kind of like a burning tingling sensation. My back has been sore and i havn't been feeling to well its been three days. It doesn't hurt when i urinate but i have been urinating in smaller amounts more often. My penis doesnt seem to have any discoloration or any bumps or anything on it. Im wondering what it could be, i have been extremely stressed with other things lately and just the thought of herpes or something has not been helping

The burning tingling sensation has dissapated somewhat today, my scrotum and the tip of my penis however feels cold to the touch. It is a really weird feeling and I don't know what to think of it.

At this point you need to call your clinic today and make an appointment to be seen this week.  You'll need to go over your symptoms with your provider and they'll decide what testing needs to be done. Your symptoms are very vague and might even not have anything to do with your recent sexual encounter. Since the sex was unprotected you'll need a full std panel done too.

well its either a uti or herpes. Herpes signs are a back ache, headache, the flue, achy muscles, fatigue, and it can hurt when u go to the bathroom.

I would take a blood test in about a month or 2 months. It takes a month to 6 months to produce antibodies for the blood test to pick it up.
