Burning/tingling itch on surface of penis, genital itch

Last June I went to a parlor and masturbated myself wearing a condom the sex worker provided to me. When I said if I could penetrate her, she open her hand and there she had the condom, which extended to me. It was out, ready to use, out of its package. I did not know where she brought it from, weather it was clean or not. I am terrified now, just thinking that the condom might be contaminated with her fluids or something else.

I was checked at about 4.5 weeks for all major STD, including HIV and Herpes I and II. Everything came out negative.

The big issue with me today is that I am experiencing and overall itch on and around my genitals, which is sometimes intermittent, and burning and itching (one or the other, but not at the same time) on the surface of the tip of my penis. Could this be and STD? I see no discharge, discoloration, irritation, or even a rash.

Please help. I am very worried.
