Can I get hsv-2 from this exposure

Hi experts
3 weeks ago I met a masseuse who provided extra services.
1) I got a hand job from her
2) I pulled down her underwear and touched her. She mentioned she was on period I stopped.
3) she touched her vagina and saw blood. She wiped it off on towel.
4) she continued with hand job without washing hand and using oil.
After this exposure
1) I get rashes that comes and goes within 30 mins all over my body. Doc says its alergy.
2) I noticed one day this rash like tiny beads on my le is shaft. But it dissapeared over night.
3) no other symptoms. No itch, no pain, no swelling of nodes.
Here are my questions.
1) I have tested negative for hiv and vdrl 3 weeks after exposure. Should I test for hsv 2. I have a wife and family and concerned I might pass the virus to them due to my stupid behavior.
2) when do I test if needed.

No. I would suggest (and I'm not judging you at all) you work on not putting yourself in this position. The stress and anxiety can be absolutely overwhelming.
If it were me, knowing what I know. I would not stay away from your partner.

Thanks. Should I stay away from my partner meanwhile?

No need for testing. You were at no risk from hsv or hiv. I know that may seem odd as you saw blood but the fact she wiped it off and the blood had no way to enter your body. Again no testing needed.
If you feel the need then take a fourth generation duo test at 4 weeks
