Can She Get Genital Herpes

i recently just got informed that i have herpes but i only have them on my lower back on top of my buttocks if i have unprotected sex with my girl can she get herpes even if i dont have the outbreak on my penis

The entire boxer short region is the one that is infected.  The virus can have an outbreak in that location.  So yes you could also be shedding the virus.  What type of HSV and how were you diagnoised?

You still have genital herpes is what mistakeguy was trying to say I think.  Even though your lesions up until now have all been on the buttocks, you shed the virus from the actual lesions when you have them as well as from the entire anogenital area.  In between obvious lesions, you also shed the virus periodically from the anogenital area.  You are just as contagious to a partner as someone that has lesions on their penis.

Do you have hsv1 or hsv2 genitally?  

has your gf been tested yet to know her status?
