Can it be herpes if none of my partners have it?

I've never been this scared.

Over the past 3-4 weeks, I've watched an itching sensation go from my groin area to all over my body. I got one bump on my pelvis that did not look like a typical google images herpes blister/ulcer, and now I'm breaking out all over my face, on my chin, even on my back and near my mustache.

This is the weird part: anyone who I could have possible contracted it from or transmitted it to doesn't have it. I thought I caught it from a girl that I had sex with while my GF and I were on a break because the itching and bump came not too long after the sex with her, but she told me she is in perfect health and has no signs of any STD.

Then I thought I may have transmitted it to my girlfriend because we had gotten back together and had unprotected sex and oral sex while I had this bump on my pelvis, but she's also perfectly fine, has no symptoms of anything (it's been just about a week since we last had sex) and is also concerned.

I've got weird pimples/bumps coming in all over the place (face, back, chest (chest has been pimplicious forever now though), BUT NONE COMING IN ON MY PENIS OR MY PELVIS.

ANY BUMP IN MY GROIN AREA HAS A HAIR COMING OUT OF IT.

I feel like I'm beginning to psych myself into having symptoms of an STD. I've been walking around and it's like a movie, everywhere I go someone is talking about herpes or catching an STD.

The bump I have on my pelvis never filled with fluid. I don't exactly know what an ulcer looks like, but it never cratered, oozed leaked or anything. It just rose up above the skin, then I took a hot shower and it began to heal. It itches now time and time again, but it doesn't hurt. The only time the bump hurt in the past before it began to heal was when I touched it or when I took that hot shower.

I have pictures of the healing bump, and the pimples/bumps on my face and back.

Someone tell me something. :(

There is a thing called prodrome which includes itching but this term is more assciated with someone who already had an outbreak and would not last long before a sore appears. Really dosent appear related.

Hi, only testing can confirm diagnoses but from what you describe its not herpes related as sores dont breakout all over the place and are side specific. If a sore does appear, it come out from a nerve ganglion, breaks open and forms a cluster grouping in a specific area and often its the same area repeatedly.
