Can ringworm look like herpes?

Hi, I'm a 25 year old male and about 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with another woman. After those two weeks I notice a small and bump with a opening in the middle. It had a think shed like layor over the top. Initially, because I am a jui jitsu practictioner I thought it could be ringworm, because it arouse the same time as a ringworm infected spot on my chest. Now it is looking less like the ring worm. The spot seemed to multiply wen I itched it on accident while sleeping. Now I am worried that it may be herpes from having unprotected sex. The only symptoms i have are a swollen lympnode on my left side, red bumps that are pimple like but do not burn nor do they itch much, and the infected area is not sensitive. I was wondering if this could be ringworm or maybe a irritation do to dirty equipment I use?

Where is the bump?

No way to tell aside from being checked out by your medical provider. Did the person you had sex with have herpes? Have you ever been tested?

The bumps are on the outside of my foreskin, on the shaft and seem to have stop spreading ever since I stopped itching it...sort of a given.
