Chances I have herpes?

I had unprotected anal sex back in January. My partner had no symptoms, and got STD tested regularly (not sure if it included HSV testing). He also took HIV Pre exposure meds to protect himself on that front too. He assured me he was 100% clean. Immediately following our encounter I showered and washed my penis because there was some feces present. 5 days later I had what I though was a cut from shaving around my shaft. I irritated it a bit masturbating. I eventually put a bandaid with bacitracin on it, but realized the ointment was over 10 years past its expiration date. The cuts got a bit more irritated and I got a blister. after a couple weeks it all healed up. I just got really really sick and the same spots have broken out again. But, on top of it, I have had a week long sore throat, head aches, bloody mucus, soreness on the sides of my tongue, a fever, and mental fuzziness.

Is it herpes or could it be syphilis or something bacterial.

I had multiple blisters in two concentrated areas, and they receded rather quickly this time into scabs. I had no pain or itchiness though.

Masturbating an active herpes sore would be painful also it be more than one sore very often as they tend to spread to the immediate surrounding area in mulitple blisters.

What part of this makes you think it is not herpes?

Hi, syphilis would be more of a canker sore but is only contracted when it is exposed to an active syphiliscanker with an opening in your skin for the germ to enter but i would say that i dont believe he would have an open rectal anus sore and still be able to have sex due to the pain. Test for syphilis if your concened.
Since it would be the same with a herpes sore but shedding does occur and having a shaft oubreak a week later would fit the symptom window. But herpes tends to spread to the immediate surronding area in a blister type grouping. Does it appear your having herpes outbreaks from what you describe, not really but the next time the sore appears have it swbbed within 48 hours  and have a blood test at the 3 month mark but 8 weeks post exposure would be a good indicator.
