I'm a 18 year old male i am still a virgin I'm going to tell my whole story me as myself am not a very hansom person and have trouble metting girls and I finally had found a girl and and she liked me and I liked her we started texting every day and thg and 1 day we finally hung out and she kept trying to get me to have sex with her and I didn't have a condom I just couldn't catch the nerve to do anything but as far as I went I only put my penis. Just the tip on her vagina I never went in I did it about 3 times still never went in didn't have the nerve to and before I did this I told her she had to go get tested she said fine and went in to get tested she said hiv neg and some other stuff came back net and I just was caught up at the moment and wasn't really thinking about what she said then then a week later we hung out and she kept trying to get me to have sex so I gave into oral sex and I put my penis on her vagina but never went in and we did a lot of kissing and she kept telling me she was clean but I never gave into it then 2 weeks later she said she had something to tell me and I said what she told me her test results came back postive for hsv1 and hsv2 and gonorrhea and I like completely lost it is missed a whole week of school worrying myself to death looking every five min I had to get a psychiatrist I went to the doctor 2 weeks after exposure tested negative for everything 3 months later I get a uti scared me to death tested neg for gonorrhea and chalimidya this whole incident happened in February. And from the middle of june all the way into August I been having a irratating and nagging feeling in my urethra and sometimes burns I was diagnosed with dysuria I was given medicine and symptom went away for about 3 days then started right back and it's a come and go feeling and it's really sending up the wall and my doctor said I don't need to be tested again because it was mimal risk so what are my chances of catching herpes

Your odds are slim to none over the exposure you had. I believe stress is causing you to be overly focused on your genital area. The hsv virus needs skin to skin contact while being massaged  in.
You can test again with an igg blood test if that will ease your mind.
Get yourself some condoms so when you meet the girl you click with you will be ready and protected.
I hope this helps a little.
