Chances of contracting herpes?

So last night I got a protected blowjob from a reviewed backpage prostitute. When the lights came on and everything was said and done I noticed she had a weird raised anomaly right above her right nostril. I'm aware that herpes outbreaks can occur on the nose and so I asked her about it and she told me she got hit in the face by the end of a portrait while moving stuff into a uhaul van. It wasn't farfetched because I'd met with her once before and she did seem to be in the process of moving out. However, if she was lying and it was herpes, what are the chances I might get herpes from this woman despite using a condom and never coming into contact with the anomaly on the nose? The condom never broke and I never touched it with my own hands while it was removed, either.

I understand but you really needn't worry. This was a no risk event

Alright, keeping a lowkey eye on the situation whether I want to or not, thanks to my anxiety. But i appreciate the reassurance.
