Cigarette/ Herpes

Cigarette/ Herpes

I recently (4 days ago) shared a cigarette with one of my friends.  I later asked him does he have a history of cold sores.  He answered if he had, it was when he was little.  He lated stated that he doesn't remember ever having one.  I want to know the likelyhood of getting oral herpes through sharing a cigarette with someone.  This is my first time doing something so wreckless and I am afraid of possible infection.  I do not have any symptoms, but a split lip that I probably did on my own, i think through investigating, that does not hurt, itch, burn, or anything.  It's the size of a grain of salt and it's only been here for two days and then it finally scabbed over. I doubt very seriously that could be herpes due to the description.  What is the likelyhood of me getting oral herpes through a shared cigarette while that person has no symptoms?

as an adult, oral herpes is almost exclusively transmitted through romantic type kisses. sharing drinks or cigarettes isn't a risk.
