Cold sore exposure

I am a women and 4 weeks ago I had oral sex with someone, woke up in the morning and she had a cold sore all over his bottom lip. She said she felt no tingling or pain but had an allergic reaction to a lipstick and this caused it and it was chelitis not cold sores. Long store short she said the sore cleared in two days (she lives quite far away so I have no proof of this) I suffer from bad cold sores myself and therefore whilst worried assumed I possibly might have some immunity to my exposure if this was a cold sore. 2 weeks later I have pain urinating and what looks like thrush. I have no swollen lymph nodes nor rash but the UTI has lasted 2 weeks and no bacteria has been found in my urine. I am very worried I have developed HSV1 (if that is what she had on her lip) on my genital even though I have no rash. Can I get HSV1 on my genitals if I already suffer badly with it orally? very worried and looking for some honest guidance.
