Cold sore marks

Hello. I've recently got rid of my coldsores but there are some red marks where they once were.
Is there anyway that I can speed up the process of getting rid of these?
Will they disappear over time? They are on my lip and are quite noticeable.

When i had my coldsores i used dove pro-age moisturiser to keep them from drying out, seemed to do a good job.

You might try some scar therapy stuff, and some swear by Vitamin E helping to reduce scarring.  They have creams, ointments, and capsules where you break them open and apply it to the spot.

I don't know if they are scars they just look like red marks where there sores were. It's been exactly 3 weeks today since i first got my cold sores, so is it too early for these to narurally disappear?

Where do i get vitamine E from? And what do i do with it when i have some?

It takes time for these things to heal. They are probably much more visible to you than they are to others. Just keep the skin moist - that makes redness look less visible.

Also what about the dove pro-age rich body butter?? Do you recommend i use this to keep it most, or should i use something else like patrolium jelly??

I got the vitamin E oil. I've had it on all day. i'm guessing i'll have to wait a few days to see any kind of result. I hope it clears completely too as they don't look like scars, just red marks.
