Concerned about HSV-2

I received unprotected oral sex. Soon after maybe a day, maybe 4-5, I felt discomfort in urethra.  Felt as though urine stream was not powerful and dripping after.  No discharge.  No sores.  The event was 16 days ago.  The past few days been checking inside the head of my penis, in the hole.  Week ago saw what looked liked potential sore but today even more look like inside. Urinating isn't painful but feels like maybe I go or have to go more often. No discharge.  I can kinda touch inside and squeeze head and they don't seem to be painful.  However sometimes I feel a shooting pain down there every so often or something uncomfortable.  Maybe tiny burning.  These what look like white sores inside scare me immensely.  So far I haven't noticed any on penis or outside of hole.  Outside of waiting 12-16 weeks for testing does this sound like herpes in urethra?

Well the news regarding herpes is good.

You already have HSV1. This means you have a strong immunity against HSV1 and males tend not to get reinfected in the genital area from sexual activity such as oral sex.

The odds of this being another condition are hence overwhelming.

Yes. I get oral sores since kid.

Do my symptoms sound like herpes?  Is it true with oral that sores would be outside on penis not inside?  I hVe no pain when pee either.  Just trying to better understand.

This does not sound like a herpes infection.

It can only practically be HSV1 if there is an infection. Do you get oral cold sores?

Thank you. Is the tip of the penis head inside considered urethra?  I take some solace from your comment about initial point of contact.   Can u confirm this?  If received oral sex, a person does not get herpes inside the penis but rather only on outside?  Could the sores start inside and then move outside or show up outside at some point?

Hi, a herpes sore would appear approx within one week post exposure but having a herpes sore inside your urethra would be extremely painful esp when coming into contact with toxic urine. Also first time outbreaks are at point of contact and in your case it would be on the shaft, not inside your urethra.

Issues with weak urine flow and dripping could be associted with pressure on your urethra and if your having this then see a doctor and have your prostate checked as the urethra runs through the middle of it.
But bottom line is getting a urethra infection from oral sex is really a low risk and urethra infections aften produce a white discharge and pain while urinating. A discharge can also be clear mucus and this would be associated with some type of inflamation post infection as the body is producing it to sooth the area.
Either way if your having urethra symptoms do see a doctor as bacteria common in the mouth are not common in the urethra.

Few more questions.  It's been 16 days. When do u usually see sores on the penis?  If these are herpes inside my penis head, do you always see lesions on penis or around penis as well?  How long would the internal lesions if they were herpes, last?  I mean my symptoms with some minor pain and pee stream started over week ago.  Now I see these lesions inside.  Is there a general time frame. Does this sound like herpes?

I would say really  no pain or burning when peeing.  The lesions seem to be in head of penis. Not urethra I guess.  Is that usually where herpes go?  I also do hav hsv-1 from childhood.  Really freaking out here.
