Confused about my symtons, might be Herpes

Like a year and a half ago i got this rash on my wrists and was a little concerned. It sorta went away and came back later on, i thought nothing of it and had a couple relationships and with this one girl i had sex with her and after we were done i looked down at her genitals and saw a few spots that concerned me they looked like zits just above her gemitals. After that i got a couple little tiny pimples on my genitals and went away never came back. some weeks afterwards i got a couple little tiny sores on my right arm they look like tiny pinholes almost and that started to concern me. I had a couple tests done with the doc with stds and had the doc look before i had these couple tiny sores on my right arm and said i was good but do i have some other wierd strain of herpes. Im very concerned and im going into this new relationship and before things get to  far i want to get a few answers. One final thing can you give herpes to another person by kissing them.

oral herpes is transmitted through kissing.

the rashes you've had on your wrists and arms aren't likely to be due to herpes. if they reoccur, be seen promptly.

if you want to know if you have hsv1 or hsv2, you need specifically tested for them. check with your provider to see if you've had actual herpes igg blood testing done or not. typically it's not a part of routine std testing.
