Constant Outbreaks, what can be the trigger? NEED HELP!

Hi,
I'm a girl and I had sex with a guy. The protection fell out through one of our intercourse (3 times in like 2 weeks) and I started getting itchy down there, I thought it was a yeast infection or maybe friction. But one day I couldn't take it I googled it and I knew, I had herpes because I looked my V and it was like. you know just like the picture. I went to the hospital. The doctor told me I had Herpes. So after a lot of sobbing and stuff I met some pharmacists and they told me that it's super ''normal'' to have herpes and I shouldn't think much of it but to be careful.

anyway, since I discovered that I have herpes I have outbreaks every month. At least once a month, sometime twice!! I was so scared to have sex as I don't really have a boyfriend (and not even looking for one) I'm not the kind to sleep around but, I do have some dates from time to time. Since I have herpes I had 2 intercourses with different man. I am just so stressed to get a sms and asking me if I gave them some **** because I did not tell them but we use protection. I don't feel comfortable speaking about my herpes with some guy unless it becomes serious.

anyway my point is, I ALWAYS get Outbreaks and I can't live like this, I'm this close to a burn out. I'm always crying. I'm a stressed person I know it can be a trigger but I do sport and I eat well. I have OB after every intercourse. I read that lube can help... I want to know, if you had somewhat the same pattern, struggle... I'm starting to be paranoia! I think I have HIV I think I have all diseases on earth, I just can't shake it off. Please tell me it's normal, or that there's a reason, tell me something because I feel like doctors don't get my panic mode and they just.... don't seem to tell me much.

do I have to change my razor? Throw all my panties or do I stop masturbating? I fear to touch me and like I don't know, scratch my eyes and have eye herpes!! I gear to become a moving herpes!!!

also, I started having weird dry spots elsewhere on my body like on my arms, on my back. It doesn't hurt and it isn't apparent really, I have like 3 dry spots.... I don't know if it has something to do with herpes or stressed now I'm just so confused and have the weirdest questions...

sorry for the long post,

thanks to anyone who replies :)

Nothing g will happen if you sleep with someone with hsv2. You both already have hsv2.
What antiviral and dose are you taking. You need to be on it all the time to try and cut down on the outbreaks.

I would get on an antiviral medicine. Sorry to hear about your frequent outbreaks. Please tell any sexual partner about your hsv. Right now with your infection being relatively new it is more contagious.

I did get antiviral medicine the first time it was 6 days intake and then every OB I had I go get some more for like 3 days, but it always come back a few days later! It isn't normal, it isn't how people tell their herpes stories on the internet! How am I not herpes normal person and how do I live my life like it was and like I could settle for 3 OB per year that numbers is fair game, I am sweet and polite jesus christ I didn't do anything wrong... And How do you tell someone you have herpes? I know for a fact if I'm about to sleep with a guy and he tells me he has herpes, I will not sleep with him. (in a world where I wouldn't be herpes positive) and what happened if I sleep with someone who also has herpes?
