Could I Have Herpes?

Four days ago I had unprotected sex, & although that was his first time not using a condom, yesterday I noticed small, painless bumps between my labia majora & labia minora. After we had sex, I noticed a sore on his lips. I've had cold sores before if that's of any importance.

Also, after having sex I experienced an abnormally large amount of clear discharge-so much that I had to change my underwear. So far every day after that my discharge has been a yellow-green that no longer has had a foul smell since the second day.

I've been drinking cranberry juice & a lot of water.

you aren't having pain so waiting a few weeks is fine. no more sex until you've had testing done as well as even if discharge stops before then, be sure to still get tested. you don't want to risk your future fertility and deal with complications from std's :(

I'm out of state for 2 weeks so I can't get tested until then. Is there any harm in waiting? What other signs should I be looking out for?

the best thing to do is to be seen monday and get a proper exam as some basic testing. at that point you can get tested for yeast an dbacterial infections as well as trich, chlamydia and gonorrhea. you have to wait at least 6 weeks post encounter for syphilis testing as well as 3 months for testing for herpes, hepatitis and hiv.
