Could I have genital herpes from receiving oral sex?

I received unprotected oral sex Aug. 20th and he has a history of getting coldsores(not active at the time).Does the fact that i have HSV1(mouth) protect me from getting a genital herpes infection? So far its been about 3 weeks and no sores i have had a little itching in different locations down there but I think it's because I shave. I am making myself sick with worry. Since it's almost been a month since the encounter without any sores am i in the clear?

I know he did not have any active sores at the time he went down on me but through my intense google research i have learned that it can still spread without an open sore so that is why i am paranoid.  I have had coldsores since i was 8 and i am now 27 so maybe my antibodies are strong enough to not give me another herpes infection genitally? Thank You for your time and i am sorry i am so anxious over it :(
