Could it be oral herpes

I had unprotected oral sex with my friend on Sunday. He's the only person I've ever had unprotected oral sex with and he says he hasn't been with anybody else in about 9 months. I've been with one other person but I always have protected sex.   On Wednesday morning my lips started swelling and get ridiculously chapped.  Thursday morning, my lips swelled even more and were beyond rough, slightly irritated,  dry also tiny pinhead size bumps on the inside of my bottom .  I've never had a issue with chapped lips though sometimes those little bumps are visible on the inside of my bottom lip.  

Blistex is helping with the dryness and thursday nite I put some hydro cortisone (OTC)  and that helped the swelling and some of the irritation a whole lot.  BUT  one of those bumps on the inside of my bottom lip is getting a little bigger like maybe a 1.5 the size of a pinhead. I'm headed into a longterm volunteership (i.e umemployed)  don't have health insurance and I'm having a hard time find a free/low cost STD test in my area.  Planned parenthood is like 114USD, I know that he will help me out but I don't know if it's just my paranoia.

n.b: I say paranoia because I have extremely sensitives skin (due to eczema and anemia/low immunity)

dry also tiny pinhead size bumps on the inside of my bottom .   uh that's suppose to be 'bottom lip' not my hips... that would be a sign that somethings worng !

Call your local health department and see where your closest clinic is and when you can be seen there.  Also if there are any "doc in a box" type clinics near you in drugstores, grocery stores, walmarts etc, they typically are low cost and you can be seen there for this too.

Well it's completely gone now. no bumps, rash, dead skin.  I've been out of my dad's house for about 25 hours and now  my lips are just a bit chapped.  He told me that he sprayed a lot of bug spray before we both left for a few days. I think that may have been it but um I think i want to get a test.

Update again:  irritation on lips gone. dryness gone. lips back to normal.  random roving rash... all over the body.  I have no idea where it's coming from because it gets worse and and moves about.   In the past year the 2 people I've been with, one has a clean std test from October and has been non-active sense, the other had a clean test this april and has just been with me. I'm going to the clinic tomorrow... I think that they're going to tell me it's a stress rash...
