Could these bumps be herpes?

Recently, I engaged in unprotected sex, for the second time with the same guy. A week later he had a bad cough and ended up w/ a sore throat. A week after that, I developed what i thought was a yeast infection, so i used monistat 3 day. I was burning and itching very badly right after my menstral so I used the monistat 3 day pack. Itching and burning went away. Then developed a cold, just like the one he had following a bump in my nose, really like the lining of my nostril hole, it was visible but i stuck a needle in it and nothing came out. It stayed about a week. Then I developed another bump on the inside of my vagina lip, same as the one in my nose. Then one on my thigh, then buttocks, then 2 on my back. They never occured at the same time. I forgot 2 mention that When i gave him a handjob, his semen was thick, stringy, and white, this was after the "yeast infection". It all stuck together and i could hold it in between my fingers like a string. My discharge was the same way when i had the "yeast infection." I will be scheduling an appt very soon but i need 2 know what this might be so i won't be suprised. I'm realy worried. Please help me and really help me out about the discharge.

Doesn't sound like herpes to me at all!!! Sounds like a cold or allergy manifested by a LOT of anxiety!!!!
