Could this be herpes?

About 3 weeks after having protected vaginal and oral sex with a csw where there was some naked frottage (with the condom, I developed these bumps in my thighs. They were red and dome shaped, similar to molluscum. I had 3 on my left thigh, just one of them on the inner thigh, and about 4 on my right thigh, all of them close to the groin. I went to the dermatologist and he said it could be molluscum, but he gave me a prescription cream (I think that something against viruses) which I applied to the bumps and they started to scar after 4 or 5 days. Now they've disappeared and there is only like a red spot of skin left. I went back to the dermatologist and he said that it definitely didn't look like molluscum, but he didn't say what they were. They were never itchy or painful.

Could this be herpes??

Thank you. What's worrying me is that iI neverhad diagnosis, but I definitely know it is not folliculitis. If it was one pimple, no problem, but as they were several and appearing a few weeks after an exposure, I am not that confident that is not an std.

Hi, since first time outbreaks occur at point of contact, your thigh would not be herpes related
