Could this be herpes related ?! Toddler please help .!

I think I have a genital herpes (hsv2) I had little bumps around my anus that popped up and 7-8 days later reduced in size and went away.. Those are pretty much the symptoms, along with tender and palpable lymph nodes in the groin area. I won't be able to go to the doctor and confirm until the beginning of next month. I have a toddler (2) that recently had small red spots on her palm, in the middle of the spot there would be a clear space where I think fluid was.. They were underneath the skin tho and never broke open to for an ulcer, cut, or any type of wound.. They would simply reduce and disappear leavin a little red mark where the bump was. She would get the same thing on the soles of each foot but would go away within a week.. They would itch her .. Could I have passed my hsv2 to her hands by showering with her? We don't share towels at all and she has never touched the region where I would have an "outbreak". I tool her to her pediatrician doctor and she quickly looked at it and said SCABIES and prescribed her permethrin which helped somewhat but after applying it one more popped back up and went away within about 3 days.. Could her pediatrician doctor be wrong ? Or should I just get a 3rd opinion from a dermatologist? Any input would help !! Thankyou .

These really do not sound related to herpes. Recurrent herpes outbreaks are usually a single blistery lesion and not multiple bumps. I'm sure testing will reveal a negative.

I didn't read your post properly. Have you been diagnosed with HSV2? Bumps around your anus is not really indicative of HSV2.

I'm sorry , no I haven't been diagnosed yet. But I'm pretty sure that's what it is , being that I've never had break outs in that area before. I got 3 small pimple looking bumps around  the anus that would only be tender to the touch. They dissapeared within a week and a half . And about 3 weeks later one pimple looking bump showed up and was tender to the touch. It reduced and got smaller within about 4-5 days. although I kind of think it had to do with me wearing a thong and running around a theme park a all night because when I got home and showered after that's when I noticed that it was tender in that spot, then as days went by it would turn into a pimple. Looking it up on the internet it sounded like repcurring herpes. So I kinda have my mind prepared for the worse when I go to the doctor to get tested.

Your genital HSV2 is not a risk to yout toddler; only to your sexual partners. HSV will not generally appear on palms in any event.
As for scabies, yes that is possible, but possibly some other things as well. However I think this heal up with the treatment pretty soon.

Thanks for the reassurance! I kept telling myself the same thing but AGAIN looking information up about herpes on the internet, it would confuse me because of all the different "opinions" given on the virus and also the different stories I read about people and their herpes OB location. But does my daughters situation sound like scabies to you? Because it looks pretty dif from what I've seen online , usually a baby with scabies would break out in more places of the body instead of just the palms and soles and I would have it as well being that she sleeps with me and is all over me half the day. I just don't get it.
