Could this be herpes?

First off, I am a 24 year old male. My sexual history is as follows:

3 years ago - Oral sex three times with the same person where I was the "giver". The oral itself was brief, it was mostly mutual masturbation and very brief frottage. They also performed oral sex on my for about 10 seconds. We also lay in bed naked together for 15 minutes or so. This was all the same person.
1 1/2 years ago - Oral sex twice and masturbation with one person. Again, I was the one performing the oral. Both these encounters were very short (maybe like a minute at the most) and they did not lead to climax. There was very brief frottage (maybe 20 seconds). I also later had an encounter where I touched someone's genitals and they touched mine. Again, very brief.

This is all that I have done. I have not had any sort of contact with anyone (not even kissing) in over a year. The reason I'm having anxiety is that two weeks ago I noticed what looked like two whitehead pimples on my penis shaft. They weren't big and were not painful at all. One of them was located near the penis base and had a black center. The best way I can describe it is that it looked like an eye ball. The other one was a bit smaller and located towards the middle of the shaft on the side. After a couple of days, the smaller one went away. It turned into what looked like a small red pimple that got smaller and smaller until it was gone. I noticed that it was located on top of a Fordyce spot. After another day, I popped the bigger one and it was filled with what looked like white pus and the black center ended up being a little, hard, black thing that looked like a black grain of sand but maybe a little bit bigger. The little grain was very hard. After the whitehead was gone, a small pimple was left behind. It looked like it had a hair coming out of it. Again, it got smaller and smaller until the bump was gone. I can still see a tiny bit of redness there but it's fading away. A couple of days after these two were gone, I noticed a new tiny whitehead that went away overnight and left behind what looked like a red bump. When the redness went away, it looked like a regular Fordyce spot (I have quite a few Fordyce spots on my shaft). There was never any crusting or blood. The bumps didn't look like blisters but then again I'm unsure as to what exactly a blister looks like.

What are the odds this is herpes? From what I've read online, it can present itself in many different ways and can be very mild. I also read that it can take years for symptoms to show. This makes me think it may be what I have. Is it possible for Fordyce spots to become infected? I had trimmed the hair in the area the day before (I have hair on my shaft, some even near the top) but I used scissors, so I don't know if that could have caused it. I've already made an appointment to get tested but it's still hard for me to sleep. I should mention I've been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and this really makes it worse. I think they were from shaving. But here is some advice, do not pop things of which you are unsure of what they are. If it had been herpes which i highly doubt it was when you poped it the stuff coming out of it wouldve made it spread maybe not instantly but in future outbreaks.
that's just so you know.
but yeah i think its just from when you shaved it got a little irritaded maybe intefted but no big deal.

these aren't herpes going on.

if they are still there, go and be seen and get this looked at. no reason to think this is anything std related.

Thank you for your kindness. They aren't there anymore but I'm still going to get a blood test, if nothing else to ease my anxiety.

Tonight I noticed a new one. It is on the other side in my pubic area, above the penis. Once again it looked like a whitehead. It's located right next to a hair. And it had white pus inside. I didn't pop it, it was kinda half way popped already when I noticed it. Now it is just a red bump with a hair coming out of the side of it. It doesn't hurt at all. Does this sound like the same thing? Do people get pimples down there? Do herpes blisters show up at the same time or is it possible to have one show up a week after the other ones have gone? I have never inspected my genitals as much as I have these past couple of weeks so I don't know how common pimples are down there. Sorry to be redundant, I just figured I'd ask.

if you are really worried, then go and get the area swabbed. I'm pretty sure that herpes blisters usually are quite painful though.
