Could this be herpes?

Early sunday morning I had unprotected sex with someone I don't know that well. I know it wasn't smart but it won't be happening again. I took Plan B early the next day so hopefully I am covered in terms of pregnancy. I believe it was the day after sex I started noticing tingling/burning, mainly running up and down my inner thighs. It is still here, and the intensity gets better and worse. It has also started doing this in my buttocks, but I have not see any sores or anything yet. Could this be herpes? I am absolutely terrified. I was drinking at the time I had sex; I don't remember any abrasions on his penis but who knows. Other than the necessary parts, we were fully closed for sex. If anyone could give me any insight, it would be totally appreciated. I have never felt these feelings before; I am having some cramping and pain too but I'm hoping those are Plan B side effects and that this is not Herpes Prodrome. Thank you.

Thank you! Yeah my legs are still very tingly/numb, I read something online about possible blood clots from Plan B? I'm not sure if this is something serious or not...there is no pain but the cramping is a little worrying. :(

Hi, no, your symptoms donot suggest a herpes infection as sores would appear before any prodrome show up and would not last this long. It would appear you have a back injury from the act itself.
