Could you answer a few questions that I have about Oral HSV2?

I have a few questions about Oral HSV2...
1. If one touched his oral HSV2 blister from initial infection (that occured 10 days after initial contact with herpes) and went on to do other things (wipe hand in towel, type things in computer, etc) and then went to the bathroom, what would be the possibilities of autoinoculation to the genital area?
2. Would autoinoculation (soon after the initial infection starts) carry any symptoms later like showing a blister on area of skin where hand was touched (in this case being genital region to go to bathroom after touching blister on lip)?
3. What is the frequency of Oral HSV2 outbreaks after first infection?
4. When can one expect the second outbreak to be after experiencing the first oral HSV2 infection?

I have heard that if you touch your mouth blister and then touch your penis or anywhere below the waist that you will pass on HSV to that location because of not washing hands during the first infection where autoinoculation can happen.. :( and even though oral HSV 2 is rare I have it :(
