Crying constantly...

I have Been doing constant research but I guess subconsiously praying to God i wont find the answer, that I can chalk it up to symptoms from 25 yrs of, chronic anxiety, depression and stress, which has always caused me aches, pains, GT and hair loss. A yr and a half after one night of protected sex w a new partner I Started experiencing frequent urination w/o incontinence for a month, suspecting stress or another UTI i had a urinalysis done twice, results clear. Then i began feeling a soreness in the post. anal region,  a gray mass  w very minor tiny bumps,a  light to moderate throbbing aching pain, pressure and tingly itch. my OB suggested it irritation from more frequent shaving in the are and left it for F/U in 4 wks., no shaving.  I was relieved to notice a symptom of white clumpy discharge from the vagina  and began OTC 7 day yeast treatment also treating anal irritation. Result was an 85% improvement. As relief built i starting experiencing sciatic aching, tingly pain from tailbone up my back and down legs, a numbness in feet , and soreness in the buttocks for 2 wks.  I have not had any blisters, fissures or ulcerations but continue to feel a mass discomfort and ache near the anus. I know people battle herpes and live fairly regular all the time with meds but I thought I finally reached a breakthru w my depression to possibly deal w a whole new monster. I read that HSV can contribute to yeast infections and sciatic pain. Going in for B/W in 2 wks, killing me to wait. I cry every night.  If any advice, or similar symptoms experienced, I think I would like further insight. Sincerely, Deeply Disturbed

could this be herpes? It could be but it would be unusual for all of it to start 1 1/2 years after being infected.  At this point getting tested is the best course of action. if you have a regular partner, they too should be tested to know their status.
